The housebuilder received an approval rating of nearly 90% based on the responses to a government-backed survey of new homebuyers nationwide.
Morris achieved a combined eight stars based on the high standard of its homes and whether customers would recommend Morris to a friend.
Commenting on the award, regional sales director Chris Minshall said: "In the current housing market it's more important than ever for homebuyers to feel that they're buying a high quality home and are being supported throughout the purchase process.
"We have maintained our commitment to building quality energy efficient homes that include high specification fittings and beautiful landscaping. We work hard to build new homes that combine the benefits of modern properties with the quality of traditional craftsmanship to create homes that compliment the surrounding area.
"Over the last 12 months we have also introduced a number of measures to help homebuyers secure their ideal property, such as 100 per cent part exchange, assisted purchase schemes and offering expert mortgage advice from independent financial advisors. We've also worked with first time buyers to help them secure properties through government-led schemes."
