The scheme, which will comprise 144 units including apartments, mews and detached houses, has a projected development value of £24.5 million.
This latest project means that Morris has plans to provide a total of 655 homes across nine new sites in the West Midlands region, with a further 435 plots under consideration in the near future at other possible sites.
Dave Hesson, managing director for Morris Western, said: "Times have generally been tough for the housing market of late, but we're continuing to see a strong demand for quality, affordable family homes. As such, we plan to continue to undertake exciting new developments like the project in Muxton."
Surrounded by open countryside, the unique Muxton scheme lies on the edge of the stunning Granville Country Park, a local nature reserve, and has been designed as an English garden suburb with references to the Ironbridge period architecture.
As well as being just a short drive from Telford, the development provides good links to the M6 and Birmingham. The area offers a range of good schools, making it particularly popular amongst those with young families, and nearby attractions include three golf clubs and Lillieshall Abbey.
