As well as a Strategic Land Unit, we have five operating divisions in the North West of England, the East and West Midlands and the South Midlands. Whilst the average development tends to be between 10 to 15 acres, the Group has also been involved in mixed use schemes of up to 100 acres. The Group's success has been founded upon its ability to assemble and then develop large brownfield sites. It has a substantial in-house team of land professionals, planners and engineers who have extensive experience of all types of development opportunities.
In addition, the Group has strong links with outside consultants and advisors which it utilises as and when required. The key to the whole process is to manage it as quickly and efficiently as possible without compromising the optimum development value. We are also very responsive to vendors' requirements in terms of payment as well as vacation and relocation of premises. Unlike many land assemblers, we ultimately develop the vast majority of the sites that we acquire.
