From Wigan Town Centre
Take the A49 out of Wigan Town Centre travelling along Wallgate to the main roundabout (keep in the left hand lane) and
proceed along Warrington Road (A49) for approximately 2 miles, travelling under a stone bridge, through two sets of pelican traffic lights and one set of main traffic lights.
Arriving at the Marus Bridge roundabout, turn right signed Winstanley onto Highfield Grange Avenue. Continue through the pelican crossing and across the mini roundabout to the next roundabout. Take the right turn signed Billinge onto Holmes House Avenue, then continue straight across the mini roundabout to the traffic lights at the T-junction.
Turn right onto A571 Pemberton Road becoming Billinge Road. Take a left turn onto Ribbesford Road the developement can be found on the left hand side after Chervil Walk.

From M6 Northbound
Leave M6 North at junction 25. At the roundabout take the first left signed Wigan onto A49 Warrington Road.
