Leave the M6 at junction 30 leading onto the M61 (signposted Manchester, Bolton). Leave the M61 at junction 8 (signposted Chorley). At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A674 (signposted Chorley A6). At the following roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A6 signposted Chorley. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A6 (signposted Town Centre) and continue forward onto Preston Road (A6) entering Chorley.
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A6 then immediately at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Harpers Lane B6229 (signposted Eaves Lane, Heapy). At the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the B6228 (signposted Rivington, Eaves Lane). At the mini roundabout bear left still on Eaves Lane and the development can be found on the left.
