It couldn't be easier

  1. Check the Agency scheme is available on the plot you are interested in. Join the scheme with help from a Sales Advisor, after which you'll receive a visit from a Morris approved agent who'll appraise your current home for valuation.
  2. The estate agent will provide a valuation to find a buyer for your home within six weeks.
  3. Once you approve a selling price based on the valuation, you're then free to pay the reservation fee on your chosen plot.
  4. Your estate agent will then be instructed to sell your home within a specified timescale, and we'll ensure it is effectively marketed to ensure maximum interest from buyers. We'll also make sure all viewings are followed-up and keep you fully updated on progress.
  5. Once your house is sold, you can move into your Morris home with no estate agents fees to pay.
