1. Check that the plot you are interested in is available on the Part Exchange scheme. Our Sales Advisor will be able to answer any questions you may have. Complete an application form and we'll arrange a visit to your current home so we can find out more about the property.

2. If your property meets our Part Exchange criteria, you'll need to pay a valuation fee to register your interest in your chosen plot.

3. A chartered surveyor will be instructed to evaluate your home including fixtures and fittings eg. flooring, curtains and light fittings. The surveyor will provide a recommended selling price to achieve a quick sale, based on current market values. An independent estate agent will also be asked to carry out a market appraisal.

4. When all reports have been received, we will make an offer for your house and once this is accepted the Part Exchange can go ahead (subject to contract). Your valuation fee will then be accepted as a reservation fee.
