In the kitchen, our Signature upgrade package includes integrated appliances, a stunning glass-and-stainless steel chimney hood, stainless steel splashbacks, horizontal lift-up cabinets, a choice of work surfaces including granite, tiling and upstands, plus display cabinets and triangular feature lighting.

In the bathroom, floor and wall tiles can be upgraded and new features such as heated towel rails added to the list.

In the living room, our Signature collection includes a range of striking new fire surrounds – from classic to contemporary – in a variety of finishes, including real wood and granite. In addition, you can select a state of the art, wall-mounted, remote control fire. Carpets, window dressings, door handles, light switches and electric sockets can also be upgraded.
