We design details to help our homes blend in with the local architecture, including special brick types and tiles, timber frame windows, traditional chimney stacks and Georgian-style railings.
During construction, we use the very latest methods and materials to ensure our homes deliver optimum security and energy performance. Features include K-Glass in our windows, full cavity wall insulation and the latest security and safety measures such as window locks, mains wired smoke alarms and burglar alarms as standard.
On site, our construction teams work to stringent quality procedures, working with the very best contractors and craftsmen to ensure every detail is monitored throughout the build phase.
Inside, every square foot is planned to ensure optimum use of available living space, while our standard of specification is higher than most new homes. Features include energy efficient appliances from leading names such as Neff and Bosch fitted as standard in our kitchens. We also use some of the best quality brands in our bathrooms, including tiles and flooring from Porcelanosa and sanitary ware from Roca and Villeroy & Boch.
Our customers can also choose from an extensive range of carefully selected options - from integrated appliances, to flooring, to fireplaces – all of which can be installed before moving-in day.
Outside, we invest significantly in landscaping, giving each of our developments a sense of maturity. Our schemes are often designed to incorporate natural environmental features such as established trees, lakes and streams, and use innovative layouts to encourage a sense of community, including courtyard areas and attractive public open space. Several of our apartment schemes feature our innovative ‘garden on stilts’ design – an award-winning raised decking area that provides apartment owners with outdoor seating space, where traditionally there would just be a car park.
