Explaining Part Exchange.

Explaining Part Exchange.

We know how much selling your current home can slow down the process of moving. That’s why we offer the Part Exchange scheme to help you move into your new home quicker, easier and with a guaranteed buyer.

So how does it work?

You fall in love with and choose your brand new Morris home

We’ll arrange to visit your current home, along with two independent estate agents, and we’ll do a valuation

Then we’ll make you an offer for your home within seven days (it’s of course, subject to a survey)

If you are happy with the offer you can then reserve your new Morris home

If your house is still being built, you will be able to stay in your existing property until your new home is ready

Once your new home is ready, you can move in!

Part Exchange can be useful in helping you to buy your new home, its ideal for if you want to move quickly into a new build home but also reduces a lot of the potentially negative aspects of selling your home on the open market such as:

Having to go back and forth with negotiations

Being gazumped on your chosen property

Getting stuck in a property chain

    Last minute buyer pull outs

Move in quicker than you think

Part Exchange can be useful in helping you buy your new home, it’s ideal if you want to move quickly. It can also help to save you some money. It cuts out the estate agents fees, so you can spend money on other essentials that go towards a move.

If your property doesn’t qualify for our Part Exchange, there is always the option of our Smart Move scheme.
