About the role
To provide a full range of administrative support and office coordination responsibilities to the Sales Director, Sales Managers and Sales Team.

• Diary management
• Screen and route calls to the appropriate department/person
• Typing letters, memos, reports and minutes
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain local holiday and absence records in conjunction with HR
• Create and submit expense reports in a timely manner
• Raise purchase orders and reconcile invoices as required
• Schedule meetings and calls
• Establish strong working relationships with other PA’s and Administrators across Morris Homes
• Assist in arranging Sales events
• Maintain office supplies
• Book travel arrangements and organise itineraries
• General document management – filing, faxing, scanning, printing etc.
• Proof read correspondence as requested
• Organise catering for internal meetings
• Compile Sales materials as needed
• Reception cover as requested
• Distribute mailings
• Provide cover to different departments within Morris Homes as needed
• Ad-hoc administrative projects as required
• Inputting into COINS (Construction Industry Software System)

About you

• Excelling IT skills (particularly excel)
• Relevant experience as a Secretary or PA
• Proven ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, personable with a professional attitude
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Effective communicator, verbal and written
• Highly organised
• Strong attention to detail
• Good proofreading and grammatical skills
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
