Full Job Description

It is a very varied role and, whilst the land acquisitions are dealt with by an external law firm, your commercial experience is required so that you can collate all the information and documentation obtained during the acquisition process to enable you to prepare the legal documentation for the onward plot sales.

You would also be responsible for all the section agreements, deeds of grant in relation to services and any affordable housing sale for that particular development.

Your residential experience is needed as you will be responsible for the sale of the plots on that development and also the acquisition and re-sale of any part exchange properties.
