Examples of emergencies covered by this service are loss of heating, full electrical failure (excluding individual sockets), gas problems, uncontrollable leaks, drainage blocks and locks if they present a security issue.
You were also shown the emergency contacts card and explained who to contact in the event of an emergency at your new home demonstration. You should have a copy of this in your New Home Pack but if not please speak with your customer care team for your local contact information.
