If you haven’t previously raised the issue with the sales team at your chosen development, that is the place to start, as the team there is best placed to provide an effective and efficient solution. For an issue relating to sales we suggest you contact your Sales Advisor, or if you’re unsure of the best route you can reach out to the Customer Care team.
A home demonstration, 7 day courtesy visit, and two year Customer Care service are included with every Morris home purchase.

Our office opening hours are from 8:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday.
