With you every step of the way

It's not every day you buy a new home...

With over 60 years of home-building experience, we have the expertise to support you through every stage of your journey, ensuring your move is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether you have questions about your new home, need assistance with personalising your space, or require any other support, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help.

If you are in the process of purchasing your Morris home, your Sales Advisor is best placed to answer your questions.

They can give you information on our house types, our site and the local area. They will talk you through the process of buying a new Morris home, what’s included and all the choices you will have. They will liaise with your solicitor and Independent Mortgage Advisor if you use one.

After sales support is provided by our Customer Care Team.

With Morris, our relationship doesn’t end the moment you move in. For the first 7 days in your new home, the Site Manger will be on hand as you settle in. They will carryout a courtesy check in-person to make sure all is well with your new home. For the next two years, our Customer Care Team will be your point of contact. They are always on hand if you have any questions about your new home and they will arrange any work that needs to be carried out under warranty.

Warranty information

In the unlikely event that the materials or workmanship in your new home isn't up to scratch, you can rest assured that we'll get it sorted. Your Morris warranty lasts for 2 years from the date of legal completion and will cover you for the items we supplied as part of your new home for example, defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials.

All our homes have been built to the standards of either the National House Building Council (NHBC) or Local Authority Building Control (LABC). Alongside your two year Morris warranty, our new homes carry a ten year buildings warranty. We’re confident our homes are built to the highest standards and you can be too.

We only chose quality brands who we’re proud to work with. All our appliances carry varying warranty periods and it’s very important that you register yours as soon as possible to ensure you’re covered. You’ll be provided with the appliance manuals and information on how to register when you first move into your new home.
