Shopping
The city of Birmingham has plenty of opportunities for some retail therapy at the Bull Ring shopping centre. In addition, the nearby towns of Wolverhampton, West Bromwich and Coventry have town centres with all the amenities you’ll need. You really will be spoiled for choice.
Things To Do
Our new build homes in the West Midlands are within reach of plenty of attractions within both the city of Birmingham, and the surrounding towns. You can visit the Zoological Gardens at Dudley, explore the medieval cathedral in Coventry, or explore miles of the country parks that the county has to offer. This is true either on foot or on your bike: the choice is yours.
Transport
The M5 and M6 motorways connect many major towns in the West Midlands. They also provide routes to other cities such as Stoke-on-Trent and Worcester. Travelling further down the motorways will eventually bring you to the cities of Bristol and London. For overseas travel, Birmingham Airport provides an ideal hub for holidays abroad. For commuting in the UK, New Street train station is the main train concourse, and from here you can travel to locations such as Manchester, London and Scotland.
The West Midlands is actually both a county and a region, and only Greater London has a higher population. When you're looking at one of our new builds in the West Midlands, you're considering moving to one of the UK's most vibrant locations. And with schemes like Help to Buy available, it's a great time to be thinking about doing so.
