Each new home is covered by the NHBC 10 year warranty; the National House Building Council is the independent regulator for the new homes industry who thoroughly inspect your home from top to bottom before issuing the accreditation. On top of this, we also offer a two year Morris warranty, so you can rest assured that you're covered should anything go wrong.

A helping hand
Whether you're looking to get on the property ladder for the first time or are hoping to climb further up it with a brand new home, the government's Help To Buy scheme can help to bring your dream home into reach. As part of the scheme, you can choose any Morris home (up to the value of £600,000) and only have to pay a 5% deposit of the purchase price to reserve it; the other 20% is covered by an interest free equity loan for five years from the government. You then apply for a mortgage for the remaining 75% at a competitive rate of interest, to make your repayments more affordable.
