You choose your new Morris home, and we work alongside local estate agents to sell your current home.

Once we have agreed on a selling price with you, you will then need to pay a reservation fee for your new Morris home, and we set about marketing your property with the estate agent. We will follow up all viewings and keep you fully up to date throughout the entire process until a sale is agreed.

When we’ve found a buyer and the sale is agreed, we pay a contribution towards the agent’s fees, and you move into your brand-new Morris home as soon as it’s ready.
