Morris Homes Ltd Use of the information, materials and links in this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below which constitute the entire binding agreement between you and Morris Homes Ltd relating to the use of this Site. By using this Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Site Terms and if you do not agree to the Site Terms you should not use this Site. Morris Homes Ltd may at any time update these Site Terms and you will be bound by the Site Terms in use when you visit the Site.
First Time Buyer Event - Prize Draw August 2025
- The promoter is Morris Homes, registered office: Morland House, Altrincham Road, Wilmslow, SK9 5NW. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Employees of Morris Homes or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition are not permitted to enter the competition.
- Only one entry per competition per person is allowed.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. To enter this competition, you must complete the online form, a link to which will be available at the marketing suite. You must provide a valid email address to the promoter before the closing date.
- Closing date for entry will be 31.08.2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The prize for each winner is as follows: A home and garden gift card to the value of £2000.00.
- Winners will be chosen at random from all properly received entries that meet the terms and conditions of the competition, as verified by the promoter and/or its agents.
- No cash alternative to any prize will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected within 28 days. The promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged, or delayed pending collection.
- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Marketing Department, Morris Homes, Morland House, Altrincham Road, Wilmslow, SK9 5NW. If any prize-winner fails to collect his/her prize within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the prize-winner and select an alternative prize-winner.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The competition is only open to UK residents.
- By entering the competition, the entrant warrants that all information submitted in an entry is true, accurate, and complete in every respect. The promoter reserves the right to verify any information contained in any entry and/or the eligibility of any person to enter the competition. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity, and if aged under 18, should be able to demonstrate to the promoter’s satisfaction that their parent/guardian has given their consent to such entry.
- The promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the rules or any applicable law. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the rules could lead to the promoter disqualifying that person without giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice, especially but not limited to in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence), or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the competition, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
